STAGE 1 - COMPLETE

Once you've completed stage one of your application you will be given the opportunity to complete stage two.

You are not required to do this now; however this will speed up the process and the information won't be available to us unless you are selected as a preferred applicant.

STAGE 2 - COMPLETE

If you've already completed stage two and you are selected as a preferred applicant, this information will be released to us.

If you haven't completed stage two and you've been selected as a preferred applicant, you will be sent an email with a link to complete stage two of the application .

TENANCY OFFERED

If your application is successful, you will be offered the property and sent the tenancy agreement for signing.  It is our preference that the first week rent is paid as a deposit at this time.

KEY COLLECTION & BOND

Keys will be available for collection on the day your tenancy commences, or in some cases, the day prior.

Your bond payment (usually the equivalent of three weeks rent) is required in full before keys can be released.

CONDITION REPORT & KEY LIST

On the day your tenancy commences, your will be emailed a link to view, amend and sign the condition report.

Details of the keys will also be included in this report.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER

• A completed application must be submitted for each adult who will reside in the property
• We don't have credit card or eftpos facilities in our office
• If we haven't already told you, ask about our great power saving offers
• If you are unsuccessful with this application, or the property doesn't fit your requirements, we may have something else suitable so pleas discuss this with us
