Robyn Fantham
MANAGING DIRECTOR | SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER | SHAREHOLDER
Robyn has been involved with the Residential Tenancies Act since it was formed in 1986. At this time she was employed in the District Court and was one of the first people to attend the Tenancy Tribunal in her role as "court clerk".
From there Robyn moved on to work for a local property management company, and in 1998 started her own company under the name "Robyn Fantham Property Management".
With over 25 years in the industry, Robyn is widely regarded as one of the most senior property managers in New Zealand and is often asked for guidance and advice from other professionals in the industry. Robyns dedication to delivering the highest level of service is evident in the standards she sets and maintains across all areas of the business.
Her passion for technological innovation and improved efficiency within the property management sector has been recognised by leading industry partner TPS (Tenancy Practice Service). Robyn has worked alongside TPS to carry out beta testing on proposed software updates and improvements, offering her feedback and advice to ensure these changes meet the needs of our industry.
Robyn is committed to supporting and educating her staff and promoting a positive team culture, where all individuals are recognised for their contribution and encouraged to grow within the business.
When Robyn is not working she takes every opportunity to engage in her passion for the outdoors, spending time in her garden and with her pets.
Taylor Staines
PROPERTY MANAGER | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT | SHAREHOLDER
Taylor started with our company as an administrator and after gaining vital experience it was a natural progression for her to to move into a Property Manager role when the opportunity arose.
Taylor's positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond has built her reputation as a leading property manager, particularly in the Selwyn District. As a Rolleston local, Taylor has become our Selwyn district expert, offering valuable knowledge of the market and the ongoing development of the area. Taylor is chair person of the breaking boundaries BNI group and is developing networking relationships with other business personnel in the region.
With her love for connecting with people, Taylor is also involved in the business development aspect of our business, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to both new and existing clients.
Taylor enjoys spending time with her young family, and with her partner, has recently completed the build of their first home. She is Vice Chairperson of the Rolleston Residents Association and is very organised in community planning.
Vanessa Chapman
PROPERTY MANAGER | SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR
Vanessa first joined our company in a Property Manager role, bringing over twenty three years experience in administration, across a variety of industries.
With her strength in organisation, system development and managing things behind the scenes, the opportunity to move into our administrator role was a positive transition and one that has proven to be of great benefit to our team. While her primary focus is on administration, Vanessa continues to manage a small portfolio of properties as well.
Vanessa has a natural creative talent and has used this to develop our website, social media content and marketing material. With a focus on streamlining processes, Vanessa has been instrumental in developing new systems to ensure our team make the best use of their time and carry out tasks as efficiently as possible.
When she's not working, Vanessa enjoys spending time with family and friends, music and art and DIY projects. She is kept on her toes with an active 15 year old daughter, Louie the cat and Jazzy the bunny.
Grace van Boxel
