Tenant selection

Tenant vetting is a crucial part of what we do.  We ask the right questions to ensure we match the right tenant to your property.


We're an Elite Partner with Tenancy Practice Service (TPS), giving us access to the widest range of credit and background checking agencies.


We also conduct reference checks and offer our clients input into tenant selection if they wish to be part of the process.

We are proactive when it comes to looking after your property.  We take care of  the little details, while looking at the big picture.


We offer a comprehensive service, focused on attention to detail.  This provides  a seamless experience for both our owners and tenants.

Maintenance

There's no need for guesswork when it comes to maintenance. Not only do we quickly identify and organise required maintenance, we also look for future maintenance, giving our owners full disclosure on what they need to plan for.


We can oversee and project manage extensive renovations from a simple oven replacement, through to full interior repaints and large landscaping projects.


We've teamed up with Tapi who offer a world-class maintenance service for both tenants and owners.  Offering real-time updates and complete transparency in relation to maintenance.

  • Owners are paid twice monthly on the 1st and 15th (or next business day)
